A quality miniature metalworking lathe with a cast iron hardened and ground bed.

The spindle is powered by a 1/5hp motor through an electronic variable speed drive providing spindle speeds of 100 to 3800rpm. Swing of 110mm and 125mm between centres makes this a great machine for making small parts for models or metal parts for woodturning or cabinetmaking projects.

Fitted with a three jaw self-centering 50mm diameter chuck with reversible jaws, a single tool post that uses 8mm cutting tools, a splash guard and an interlocked chuck guard for safety. The spindle thread is 14 x 1mm. An optional compound slide is available.

Standard accessories include a 50mm tommy bar style three-jaw chuck, a wrench set and an oil bottle.
