Template jig designed for joining kitchen bench tops at 90°. Made from stable phenolic resin. Template makes rounding over or chamfering edges quick and easy. Template also has facility for routing panel bolt recesses so that hardware can be fitted in minutes. Jig kit includes phenolic template, steel locating bushes, adjustable end depth stop and comprehensive instructions. In addition to the jig you will need a portable router, a 30mm OD diameter guide bush, two clamps and a 12mm tungsten carbide tipped straight bit.

Can be used with either of two cutters listed below - CMT straight cutter 812-620-11 is suitable for tops up to 32mm thick; CMT replaceable tip cutter 652-621-11 is suitable for tops up to 50mm thick.
