Manufactured from close-grained grey cast iron for long, trouble-free service. Its accurately machined housing assures a smooth sliding action. Accurately fitted solid steel guide rods reduce wear and tear, giving this vise a smooth and true parallel action, free of side or cross deflection.

Its jaws are equipped with a 'toe-in' feature. When fully closed the jaws meet only at the top to provide even clamping over the whole depth of your workpiece. Square body seating provides easy fit-up under your bench so that the jaws will be flush with your bench top.

The steel main screw has buttress threads for smooth, accurate and positive adjustment. The body and sliding jaw can be fitted with wooden liners to protect the vise, your workpiece and your tools. Available in two sizes: GZ-39001 - opening capacity: 200mm, jaw width: 175mm, weight: 7.25kg and GZ-39002 - opening capacity: 330mm, jaw width: 225mm, weight: 13.75kg.
