How to Shop in our Online Store

To purchase any items displayed, select the quantity for each item you need and then click the 'Add to Cart' button at the bottom of your page. This will add the item(s) to your shopping cart and take you to the cart page. From here you may return to the online store to continue shopping or you can complete your order. Within the cart you can also view the total value of your cart contents - this information is also displayed at the top right of your screen.

If you don't need to browse through our product range, you can opt to use our Quick Order screen. This is located within the Shopping Cart and you can access it with the 'Quick Order' link shown in the summary information displayed at the top right of the page. Quick ordering requires the use of our item codes (catalogue numbers) to add selected product to your cart. You can use our print catalogue to locate stock codes for any items available on our site..

Whenever you want to finish your shopping and order goods, click 'Shopping Cart' at the top of the page. You will then be presented with the items you have selected in your shopping cart. From this page you may add additional items, update quantities, remove items or check out. Once you are satisfied with your cart contents, click the 'Checkout' button. If you have registered previously, simply enter your surname and email address to log in. Otherwise, you will need to enter your personal details using our online form.

Next, select your delivery option from the drop down menu. If your delivery location is outside Australia, choose 'International Deliveries'. For more details on shipping, click here. If you wish to ship to a different address, enter the delivery details in the other shipping fields. Click the 'continue' button.

Once your payment is processed, an email will be sent to your registered email address with the details of your order.
