All Carba-Tec Machinery comes with a standard 12 month Limited Warranty. Any queries for possible faults must be forwarded to the Service Department at the store where the product was purchased.

Please contact the store of purchase should you have any problems or questions. They will then be in contact as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

NOTE - DO NOT SEND ANY ITEM BACK FOR CREDIT OR REPAIR WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT WILL FORWARD YOU A RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER (RMA) IF REQUIRED.
