Templates interlock to form a stable pattern as you rout signs with appropriate carbide router bits and bushings. Secure patterns to your work surface with painter's tape, masking tape or double sided tape. The letters kit includes a total of 40 letters with duplicates of common letters and three spacers.

Requires the use of a plunge router that accepts standard 1-3/16” template guides. Note: Router bit not included.

The best bit to use with this template is a 3/8" (9.5mm) ball nose bit (814-095-11). Correct allignment of the guide bush is essential. Use a 13mm (1/2") diameter brass or metal bush for best results.
