Shipping and Handling

Shipping charges are calculated by the size, weight and quantity of items ordered. You will find a total weight listed for your order when you proceed to your cart. At the bottom of your cart screen, you will find a 'Freight Estimator' button. This will allow you check your current freight costs and options. As you proceed through 'Checkout' you will also be provided with your costs and options. Orders over 20kg will be processed once you have been issued a quotation for freight.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

At this time, our frieght calculator for orders shipped within Australia uses Australia post. If your order is outside of our current calculator range, you will find the freight is offered by quote only. When proceeding through checkout, freight is automatically calculated if possible. Should a quote be required, you still need to process your order. The freight quote will then be emailed to you.
We will not charge or dispatch your order until you have confirmed that you accept this quote - there is no obligation. Any changes to freight rates will be posted on this site as they become effective.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, freight is offered by quotation only. The freight quote will be emailed to you upon receipt of your order.

Dispatch Estimates

Orders are processed in order of receipt. We endeavour to dispatch goods as quickly as possible, however dispatch times may vary during peak periods or according to stock levels etc.

Multiple Items & Merchandise Availability

Due to exceptional demand for some of our most popular stock items, in some instances there may be a stock outage. Items out of stock will be placed on backorder and shipped when stock arrives. Multiple item orders may be shipped separately. Carba-Tec will inform you of any delay should this be the case with your order. Charges will not be made until items are shipped.

Customs duty and taxes

Some countries may impose duty or taxes on imported goods. These charges are calculated upon receipt of your shipment by the local customs. It remains the responsibility of each purchaser to pay any import or other charges as required. Carba-Tec advises you to enquire with your customs department for rates and limits before you place an order.
