Many woodworkers find it hard enough to set up equipment for a square cut. They simply give up on cuts for pentagons, hexagons or octagons. Until now, there was no easy way to set these angles. The Veritas Poly Gauge changes all that. The gauge, which is accurate to 1/2° on every angle, can be used with table saws, jointers, radial arm saws, bandsaws, drill presses or other woodworking machines.

Used flat, the gauge is ideal for setting mitre fences or for layout work. Used vertically, the slotted knob becomes a stabilising base that holds the gauge erect so that you have both hands free to adjust and lock a fence or blade.
