British woodcarver, teacher and author, Mike Davies, is busy at work on a carving project in New Zealand. Hailed by local media as 'A Gift to the Nation', the work is followed by national television, newspapers, and beamed via live webcams to viewers around the world. Mike takes time away from the large outdoor commission to share his simple to follow, step-by-step, woodcarving wisdom in the workshop.
