Brian Reid is a member of the New Hampshire Furniture Masters and is a highly regarded teacher. He has taught at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship, Penland School of Crafts, Anderson Ranch Arts Center, San Diego State University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the USA. He has also taught at Centre for Fine Woodworking (NZ), Sturt School for Wood, Erasmus School for Creative Arts and the Cooroora Institute in Australia and the La Escuela de Artes y Officios in Columbia.
