Portable self-centring jig for cutting perfect lock mortices quickly and precisely.

• Easy to set up and use.
• No need to assemble the spindle housing or disassemble it before storing the jig in the case.
• Adjustable stops to control depth and length of cut.
• The fixing system works on doors that have already been hung without damaging the surface. It also works in a horizontal position.
• Adjustable door hook facilitates fast set up, allowing for quick, repetitive mortice cuts.
• The door hook rests on top of a door, or it can be inverted to set the unit at a pre-set height off the floor, making it perfect for batch work.
• The self-centring feature automatically centres the cutter on the edge of the door, making it great for morticing grooved doors or overlapping doors.
• Cuts mortices up to 100mm D and up to 200mm L.
• Accommodates door thicknesses up to 75mm.
• The hex drive shaft accepts ¼” shank router bits or the threaded Carbatec mortice cutters.
