Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from your local Carbatec store. Order by midday (12noon) and pick up your order free later that afternoon*

Once you have placed your pickup order, check that you have received an order confirmation. After that, the store will work to check and pick your order to have it ready for you within 2 trading hours*. Once the order has been packed, we will send you an email advising you your order is ready for pickup. You will then be able to pick this up within your local store trading hours.

*Exceptions will occur if your order is a backorder, there is damage to your product, or if there has been a stock issue.


When collecting your order, you need to bring with you photo identification that matches the name on the order and have your order number ready. You will need to present both ID and order number to the staff member at your selected pickup store.

If you need someone else to pickup your order for you, please notify our Customer Care team by calling them on 1800 658 111 and tell them the name of the person picking up your order for you. They will then need to bring in their Photo Identification and have your order number handy.


Click & Collect is available on all products online, including backorder items. If you would like to backorder a product using Click & Collect, simply add the product/s to your cart and proceed to checkout and wait for order confirmation. The store you selected to pickup the item/s from, will then call you within the next few hours to notify you when they will be able to get your goods in. Once your item has arrived in-store, we will send you an email notification to collect your order!

What products can be purchased using Click & Collect?

All of our products can be purchased using Click & Collect. If stock of a product is unavailable, you can still place a backorder on the product and select pickup for your order. In this instance, we will call you within the next few hours to let you know where and when we can source the stock.

Which stores offer Click & Collect?

Currently just our Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Perth & Adelaide stores are offering Click & Collect.

What if one of the products I ordered for pickup is on backorder?

If one of the products you ordered for pickup was unavailable at the time of purchase, this product will become a backorder and you will be notified when back-in-stock and ready for pickup.

Can I change of cancel my Click & Collect?

You may contact our Customer Care team to change or cancel your order. However please be aware of our Customer Care hours.

How long will you hold my Click & Collect in-store?

We will hold your order in-store for 30 days – after that time, the order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a refund.

Is there a charge for Click & Collect?

No, Click & Collect is a complimentary service.

What do I need to bring with me when I collect my order?

If you are picking up your order yourself or on behalf of someone else, you will need to bring:

  • Valid photo ID
  • Your order number

If you are picking up your own order, the name on your order must match the name on your photo identification.

If you need someone else to pick up your order on your behalf, you must advise our store or our Customer Care team the name of the person picking up the order. Please call the store or our Customer Care team prior to pick-up.

When can I collect my order?

Orders can only be collected once you receive an email notifying you your pickup is ready and during our store trading hours. Order before midday (12pm) on a weekday and you will be able to pick up your order that afternoon*.
*Unless your product was unavailable at the time of purchase (backorder) or an unforseen issue occurs - in this case we will call you to notify you.

Where should I go to pick up my order?

After your order has been confirmed as ready for pickup, you can visit your selected store and pickup your items. Please let our friendly staff in-store know that you are there to collect a pickup and they will be able to arrange the handover of your products.

My order was confirmed but I have been contacted that an item is out of stock? Why is this?

On occasion an item in-store may be damaged or missing and we will only become aware of this when picking your order. If this is the case, we will call you and either organise a transfer from another store or a full refund.
