Fulltime Team Member - Sydney Store

Full Time Team Member Wanted

We are searching for a new team member with a flair for customer service. The current team are genuine, proactive and enjoy a good laugh. They also understand the importance of the customer experience. Training on Systems included so you can learn our systems and understand the day-to-day processes. A keen interest in Woodworking is a must.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Serve customers quickly and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with our products and services instore, over the phone and via email.
  • Picking, Packing and Processing Orders.
  • Delivering quality customer service.
  • Contribute to the team meetings and goals.

We are looking for honest and reliable staff who are always punctual and professional.

Note: Some heavy lifting will be required from time to time.
