At Carbatec, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and at the best value. Whether you choose delivery or in-store pickup, we’ve got you covered.
Delivery & Pickup Options
- Delivery: Orders can be shipped to most locations across Australia.
- In-store Pickup: Choose to collect your order from any of our three Carbatec stores.
Shipping Coverage
- Shipping is only available within Australia.
- All standard orders are dispatched from our Central Fulfilment Centre in Brisbane.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value, weight, length, and destination.

Free Standard Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible online orders of $149 or more, provided the item is under 21.5kg and less than 0.95m in length.
Please note:
- Free shipping applies to online orders only placed via carbatec.com.au.
- Phone and in-store orders are subject to different policies.
- Products excluded from free shipping (e.g. bulky items, dangerous goods) do not count towards the free shipping threshold.
- Freight charges will apply for non-eligible items.
Dangerous Goods
Some products we supply are classified as Dangerous Goods under freight regulations. These may attract additional shipping charges. If your order includes such items, we’ll contact you with details.
Despatch & Delivery Times
- Orders are typically despatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
- You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is collected by our freight carrier.
- Express Post: If you’d like a faster option, please contact your local Carbatec store or our Customer Care team for a quote.

Insurance
