Back Orders

No Backorders Online: Due to high demand, we cannot accept backorders online during the promotional period. All items are available while stocks last. We recommend completing your checkout promptly to secure your purchase.

Price Match Promise

Carbatec’s Price Match Policy ensures you always get the best deal. If an identical item is offered by an authorised Australian retailer at a lower price and has the item in stock, we will match that price at point of sale.

Click and Collect

14-Day Pickup Limit: To ensure efficient inventory management, all Click & Collect orders must be picked up within 14 days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification. Unclaimed orders will be cancelled after this period, and a refund will be processed.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a refund, exchange, or store credit for eligible unused products returned within 30 days in their original packaging. Exclusions apply: clearance, special orders, dust masks, and other safety or hygiene-related items. If the return is due to a Carbatec error, freight costs will be covered by Carbatec, otherwise the customer is responsible for return shipment.

Warranties
