Terms & Conditions – Festool Cordless Launch Day Prize Draw

1. Promoter:
Euro Tooltechnic Pty Ltd, Australia.

2. Promotion Period:
This promotion runs in conjunction with Festool Cordless Launch Day events held in February and March 2026.

Entries close on 31 March 2026 at 11:59pm (AEDT).

3. Eligibility:
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter:
To enter the prize draw, eligible entrants must:

• Register for a Euro Tooltechnic Festool Cordless Launch Day event held in February or March 2026; and
• Attend the registered event in full.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted across the entire promotion period. No purchase is necessary.

5. Prize:
The prize is one (1) HKC 55 18V 160mm Cordless Circular Saw 5.0Ah Bluetooth Set in Systainer, valued at $1,299 AUD.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Draw Details:

• One (1) prize draw will be conducted by Euro Tooltechnic Pty Ltd on Friday, 17 April 2026.
• The draw will take place after the close of the promotion period.
• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received from eligible attendees across all Cordless Launch Day events.
  

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided at registration within a reasonable time after the draw.

8. Prize Delivery
Euro Tooltechnic Pty Ltd will arrange delivery of the prize to an Australian address nominated by the winner.

9. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy obligations under Australian law.

11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

Back Orders
Carbatec does not offer Backorders online. All items are available while stocks last. We recommend completing checkout promptly to secure your purchase.

Click and Collect
14 Day Pickup Limit: All Click and Collect orders must be collected within 14 days of the Ready for Pickup notification. Unclaimed orders will be cancelled after this period and a refund will be processed.

Returns and Exchanges
Unless otherwise stated, promotional items are eligible for return in accordance with the Carbatec Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law. If the return is due to a Carbatec error or a faulty product, freight costs will be covered by Carbatec.

Warranties

Campaign Terms & Conditions

• Campaign Validity
  Promotional offers are valid for purchases made between 1 February and 31 March 2026.
  

• Festool Voucher Offer
  For full details of the Festool voucher promotion, please refer to the relevant POS materials and the official campaign website.
  

• Dealer Access
  All authorised dealers are automatically granted access to the Campaign Special Offers and POS items. No additional registration is required.
  

• Order Submission Deadline
  Dealers have until 3:00 pm (AEST) on 1 April 2026 to submit campaign orders. This additional day is provided for order processing convenience. Orders received after this deadline will not be classified as campaign orders.
  

• Submission Responsibility
  Orders must be successfully submitted and accepted by Festool by the stated deadline. For dealers using EDI or other automated ordering systems, it is the dealer’s responsibility to ensure the order is transmitted and confirmed prior to the cut-off time.
  

• Submission Method
  Orders may be submitted via EDI, clear PDF purchase order, or through the Dealer Portal only.
  

• Offer Exclusivity
  Each promotional offer is standalone and cannot be altered or combined with any other offers, including multi-buy deals.
  

• Pricing
  All prices listed are inclusive of GST.
  

• Customer Promotion Guidelines
