Festool Rewards Promotional Period: 12:00am Thursday 1 October 2026 to 11:59pm Thursday 31 December 2026. Carbatec is pleased to offer selected 

Festool Rewards on eligible Festool products during the promotional period. All purchases are protected by our Satisfaction Guarantee and Australian Consumer 

Promotional Offer:
Eligible customers may receive a Festool Reward with the purchase of qualifying Festool products during the promotional period. Reward details, including the applicable reward and eligible products, are as advertised in the campaign materials and official campaign information.

Warranty Registration
To qualify for a Festool Reward, customers must successfully register the eligible product warranty with Euro Tooltechnic Pty Ltd within 30 days of purchase. Festool Rewards will be issued to eligible customers via email within 24 hours of successful warranty registration, subject to the applicable campaign requirements.

Battery and Energy Set Redemption
Where the promotional offer includes a free battery or energy set, the eligible redemption item will be issued following successful product warranty registration and completion of the applicable online redemption process.

Promotional Exclusions
Each Festool Reward offer is standalone and cannot be modified, transferred or combined with any other offer, discount, coupon or promotion, including multi-buy promotions, unless otherwise stated.

Returns and Exchanges
If a product purchased as part of a Festool Reward promotion is returned under the applicable 30-Day Return Policy, the associated Reward will be cancelled. Where a free battery, energy set or other redemption item has already been supplied, the redemption item must also be returned.
