PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & BACK ORDERS

While searching products you’re interested in on our website you can easily see if it’s available, Coming Soon or Out Of Stock. The availability level is based on our national stock level across all Carbatec stores and warehouses. Stock range and quantities may vary between retail store locations due to different store sizes and demographics. If you have a specific product you’d like supplied from your local store please contact them directly.

Out of Stock/ Coming Soon/ Back Orders

Coming Soon and Out Of Stock items can now be ordered online if arriving with 6 weeks, please call our Customer Care team on the free 1800 658 111 number to source the estimated due date and to place order for products arriving longer than 6 weeks. If you placed an order online and our inventory was incorrect, our team will inform you of the back order, the expected due date and if there are any alternatives in stock we can offer without further delay.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Carbatec does not charge an insurance premium on your order, we've got you covered.Carbatec customers can choose to pick up their order from any of our 3 stores or opt to have the order delivered. Shipping is only available within Australia. All non-bulky mail order items will be despatched to you, or the store of your choice if pick up is selected, from our Central Fulfilment Centre in Brisbane.Online shipping charges are calculated by the size and weight of your total order and the destination of delivery.

Approximate Despatch and Shipping Times

Once your order is completed online we aim to despatch within 24 hrs (Monday-Friday); all orders are processed in order of receipt. When your order is collected from the freight carrier you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you’d like an Express Post parcel option please contact your local Carbatec store or customer care centre to source quote.

Free Standard Shipping 

Carbatec offers free standard shipping on orders $149 and up, with a length of less the 0.95cm. No promo code needed! It's easy. Free shipping is only available for orders placed on carbatec.com.au. Phone and in-store orders have different policies. To qualify for free shipping, your online order total must be $149 or more and less than 0.95cm in length. Items that do not qualify for free shipping are not valid towards the order total in the cart. Freight charges on non-eligible products will be applied as normal. Free Standard Shipping within Australia only.
