You have 8 chances to win and bring a whole lot of of colour to your world! It's super easy to enter; simply upload a unique video or image of your project featuring resin and pigment, tag #madewitheyecandy on Facebook or Instagram, ensure your profile is public so everyone can be inspired by your creativity and you're done! You can enter multiple times, provided you create an individual post, each featuring a unique project you've made using resin and pigment and apply the tag #madewitheyecandy. Entries must be unique and can't have been posted anywhere before, prior to the competition dates.
Scrap wood projects, outdoor projects, DIY home projects, crafts, furniture, jewellry, art, candles - there are no limitations, so get creative! Provided you've made it with some resin and pigment in there, you're in a with a chance of winning an ENORMOUS pack of the world's finest pigments by Eye Candy!!

Eye Candy Competition - Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia only. Employees and their immediate families of Carbatec, and their associated agencies and companies connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
3. The competition will be held once and is open for entries from November 1st, 2021 until December 24th, 2021. The Winners will be drawn at random on January 4th*, 2022. The winners will be contacted by Carbatec to arrange for delivery of the prize. (Previously incorrectly listed as January 2nd)
4. Entry is FREE! To enter, participants must tag and share their favourite #madewitheyecandy project, between 1st November 2021 and 24th December 2021 on Facebook or Instagram, with your profile set to public so all can see and get inspired! Carbatec will register your entry and use your social media account to contact you for purpose of the draw, should you be drawn a winner. Entries must not include tags of any other business or product or will be deemed void, with the exception of #carbatec or #madewithcarbatec or similar Carbatec tags.
5. Entrants in the competition may submit multiple entries, provided each entry is a unique piece and is accompanied by the correct tag, along with abiding by all other terms and conditions herein.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, misdirected or incorrectly tagged entries, nor anything outside of the competition active dates, or issues beyond our control.
7. The draw is chance based, with one tagged social media post of a unique project made with pigment coloured resin equating to one entry. The prize pack is made up of: 1st Prize = Eye Candy Colour Kit to the value of $1500; 2nd Prize = Eye Candy Colour Kit to the value of $750; 3rd Prize = Eye Candy Colour Kit to the value of $250; plus 5 x "Runners Up" entries will win an Eye Candy Colour Kit to the value of $100 each. Prizes will be shipped to a valid address in Australia only, at Carbatec's expense.
8. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner/s, the winner/s hereby agrees to participate in a request for the winner’s words, image, photograph, or video to be taken during the winner’s participation in the prize and permits any such material to appear in connection with The Promoter or the advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever throughout the world and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use, should the promoter elect to.
9. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept an element of the prize or conditions herein, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. The prize is selected by the promoter, is not redeemable for cash and will not be substituted for any other item.
10. We will contact all winners via the social media account they used to create the post. Carbatec takes no responsibility for any technical inability to make contact, or for any lost contact, spam directed contact or otherwise fail in our attempt to contact you. Winners have 1 month to respond with their delivery address before the prize will be forfeit and allocated to another. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure any delivery address provided is valid and accurate. Carbatec takes no responsibility for lost or misdirected deliveries.
11. The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result or winning entries.
12. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
14. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion, or reputation of the promotor or promoted products. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
15. The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
16. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under State Regulation.
17. All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be reused at any time by the promoter without notice. The Promoter may collect personal information from you to enable you to participate in this promotion. Information supplied when entering this competition will be used by Carbatec to contact you in the event you are the winner. Carbatec will not share this information with any 3rd party, except if required by law.
