Made from high carbon steel, these traditional style knives are designed to hold a sharper edge than stainless steel knives.

They provide professional results, are functional and available in five different sizes that serve various functions in the kitchen.

All handles are 125mm and made of wood with a traditional appearance.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Please note that as these are made of steel, these knives do need care to maintain them in great condition.

Clean and dry immediately after use, maybe even add a little vegetable oil to the blade.

To remove any marks, simply use fine steel wool before washing and drying. These knives are not dishwasher safe.
