All handles are 125mmand made of wood with a traditional appearance. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Please notethat as these are made of steel, these knives do need care to maintain them in greatcondition. Clean and dry immediately after use, maybe even add a little vegetable oil to the blade. To remove any marks, simply use fine steel wool before washing and drying. These knives are not dishwasher safe.
