Logging In or Creating an Account
Signing in has never been simpler:
- Click the person icon at the top-right corner of the page.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code, then enter it into the field provided and click Submit.
No passwords, no hassle. Just quick and secure access to your account.
With a Carbatec account, you can:
- View your order history
- Track current orders
- Manage shipping addresses
- Request returns or exchanges
Please note: Order history from our previous website has not been carried over yet. We’re working on this enhancement and will update you soon.
How to Shop
Shopping with us is now faster and more intuitive, thanks to new search and filtering tools designed to help you find what you need in seconds.
Search Smarter – Our upgraded search instantly delivers accurate results, even if words are misspelled. Be as descriptive as you like to find what you’re after.
Refine with Filters – On collection and search pages, use filters such as brand, price, size, and type to quickly narrow your results.
Browse by Category – Explore the main menu to discover all our product categories.
Add to Cart – Found what you need? Click Add to Cart on the product page. Adjust quantities as needed.
Review Your Cart – Click the cart icon at the top-right corner to view or edit your items.
Checkout – Enter your delivery details, choose shipping or in-store pickup, and continue to payment.
Payment Options – Pay securely with one of our many payment options.
Once payment is complete, you’ll see a confirmation screen and receive an email with your order details. Tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Cancelling or Modifying Orders
Orders can only be changed while they’re in Order Confirmation status.
If you need to update or cancel an order, please contact support on 1800 658 111 or support@carbatec.com.au.
Order History
Log in to your account to view your order history. From this page, you can:
- Re-order items
- Request returns
- Request warranty information
