The Carbatec 8" Bandsaw has been added to our range of Benchtop Machinery, for those without the space or need for larger capacity machines, but still want the benefits a bandsaw can bring to your workshop.
Bandsaws are very versatile tools, capable of cutting a variety of curved work, as well as competent straight cuts and resaw work. Of course, the scope of this is proportionate to the machine at hand! While this machine won't be ripping down your hardwood sleepers and fence posts, it will competently complete many smaller projects for you and is a very useful addition to the compact workshop.
This unit requires a 1490mm blade length and comes standard with one basic 1490 x 10 x 6 blade. A range of quality European blade stock, cut and brazed to length in Australia, are available from us to suit.
