Carbatec Pro Deluxe Router Table Kit with Phenolic Top

The Carbatec Deluxe Free-Standing Phenolic Resin Router Table features a solid phenolic core with a hard-wearing, low-friction surface laminate for exceptional durability and smooth operation. Unlike MDF/phenolic tables with thin coatings, solid phenolic resists moisture, humidity, heat, and wear, providing a stable and long-lasting work surface. Heavier and harder than MDF, it is only outclassed by our cast iron offerings.

Pre-milled, drilled, and tapped to fit the Pro Router Stand, this kit includes the Carbatec "Lift N Lock" Universal Router Lift for precise height adjustment. The aluminium fence, made from a single extrusion, features a 63 mm dust port, micro-adjusters, flip stop, adjustable side scales, and planing spacer bars for accurate edge trimming. T-slots on the top and front allow mounting of accessories, including the included transparent guard. A remote mount NVR (No Volt Release) ON/OFF switch is also included.

The Pro Stand features box-section legs and bolted construction for maximum stability and includes storage for the mitre gauge assembly. A five-piece set of router table inserts is available, with the standard insert featuring a 38 mm inside diameter.

Mounting Your Router
The Carbatec Router Lift is pre-drilled to fit many router brands and models. Due to variations in design and new releases, some routers may require centering, countersinking, or drilling of the mounting plate for proper installation.
