This metre works using the electrical resistance principle and is ideal for comparative moisture readings of common timber species and building materials. Range of 6% to 44% to an accuracy of 2% in timber. Building materials such as wallboard; drywall; plaster; mortar and concrete can also be measured to 0. 05% from 0. 20% to 2%. The large LCD screen is easy to see and read. 127 mm long.
