Introducing i2R A Series CNC Routers.

Formerly known as Axiom AR Pro Series, this new i2R A Series (Imagination to Reality) branding is designed to distinguish between the US Axiom model operated by a Handheld Pendant, and the Australian model operated via the included fully licensed UCCNC Software and driven by your PC. The machine is the same as has always been offered in Australia, the manufacturer is the same - the brand and colour has simply changed to avoid market confusion.

i2R A Series CNC's offer machining solutions catering to just about any application. Each machine has been thoughtfully designed from the ground up to offer premium features and precision quality in a small format CNC, at very accessible price points.

The A24 unit has a machining capacity of 610mm x 1220mm – while the actual machine dimensions are larger again. Z-Axis has a 150mm (6") travel capacity. NB: Stand not included.

The sum of the features found on i2R CNC's make them the most capable, small format CNC on the market in its price bracket. Equally suited to home hobbyist's, enthusiasts and professionals alike.

Precision Ballscrews offer superior performance over the cheaper acme lead screws often seen in this price range. As do the Prismatic Linear Guide Rails which provide superior rigidity and load bearing in all directions, giving you more precise and repeatable movement - accuracy in spades. The included Professional 3HP Electro Spindle has more than enough power for any job you can throw at it, with an ER20 collet system that can accept bits up to 13mm in shank diameter (with additional collets). A 1/4" and 1/2" collet are included to get you running with the majority of router bits on the market in Australia. The Spindle is water cooled and features an onboard contained Cooling System for no fuss service - no pumps to external water buckets! An on-board VFD provides full control over your spindle speed from 0-24000 RPM, so you can vary it according to the task at hand.

The entire A Series is built up around an over-engineered solid heavy duty steel frame with a gravity cast aluminium gantry - rigidity is key in CNC performance and repeatable accuracy specifications and this machine is rock solid. A professional Aluminium T-Slot table comes standard with removable MDF spoil boards. In built limit sensors will prevent you from running your spindle out of its operating area and potentially damaging your machine. The included tool height sensor (touch-off puck) makes setting your bit depth a breeze.

i2R CNC's are all 3 Axis machines, but the A Series are 4th Axis Ready - simply "plug and play" with our 4th Axis Kit (available separately). We also offer a full suite of complimentary accessories from a Heavy Duty Stand to Tool Box's, Dust Shoes, Router Bit Sets, Vacuum Clamp Systems, Hold Down's - we have it all for you to expand your capabilities as and when it suits you.

i2R's Australian offerings are PC driven (PC required but not included) by the Professional UCCNC software and driver included with the machine. This user friendly software drives the machine from your G-Code files and offers unprecedented control and flexibility of settings. Note that this is not 'design software' - there are many software packages available to create your 2D and 3D designs and export them to G-Code. While software such as this can range into the 10's of thousands of dollars, we are proud to offer as a separate purchase the full range of  user friendly Vectric Software.

Vectric are the makers of the extremely popular CNC design software V-Carve Pro. This software represents the most powerful and simple package available at its price on the market. Available now as a separate purchase, as is other Vectric Software such as Photo V-Carve and Aspire. Check out the relevant product page to see which software is right for your needs.

We welcome you to the world of professional, precision CNC Machining.
