i2R A SERIES CNC A24 MACHINE 610 X 1220MM

The i2R A24 CNC Router is the largest machine in the A-Series range, offering a generous working area while maintaining the compact footprint and professional capability the series is known for. Built with a rigid steel frame, precision ball screws and prismatic linear guide rails, the A24 provides the strength and accuracy required for demanding routing and machining applications.

A 2.2 kW (3HP) liquid-cooled electro spindle with ER20 collet system provides powerful cutting performance with speeds up to 24,000 RPM. The integrated liquid cooling system ensures reliable operation during extended machining sessions, while 150 mm Z-axis travel allows for machining thicker materials and deeper cuts.

The machine features an aluminium T-slot table with integrated MDF spoilboard, creating a stable and perpendicular working surface relative to the spindle for consistent machining accuracy.

Control is provided through UCCNC PC-based CNC software, offering an intuitive control interface and compatibility with common CAD/CAM programs. The system includes an auto tool touch-off plate to streamline tool height calibration and setup.

Like all A-Series models, the A24 is pre-wired for an optional rotary machining kit, enabling additional capability for cylindrical projects when required.
