The updated Rockler Clamp-It Assembly Square holds your parts at a precise 90° while you clamp, drive fasteners or wait for glue to dry, so your corners come together square and stay that way. It keeps the proven squareness, rugged build, relief corners and screw points you already trust, then adds a few smart touches that make solo assembly far easier.

The real upgrade is in the new docking slots and positioning clips. Four docking slots and a pair of grey clips let you hang the square from the edge of your workpiece, so it stays put on complex assemblies without a spare pair of hands. Building tall cabinetry? Run a couple of 5/16" threaded rods through several squares and space them exactly where you need them along the assembly. Snap the clips to the underside of each square, and they'll even hold your band clamp straps in place while you position and tighten. Less juggling, more accuracy.
