Traditionally used for rapid trimming of plugs and dowels to leave them flush with a work surface, a flush-cutting saw can be used anywhere you want to cut off a projection without damaging the adjoining face. The saw works this way because its teeth are set one way only. The 22 tpi Japanese style tooth pattern cuts aggressively on the pull stroke but does not mark the surface next to the cut.
The 0.4mm thick blade is flexible and can be pressed flush with any accessible surface.
The saw is 292mm long overall with a blade length of 120mm.
