The Carbatec CDC-650P is the ideal upgrade from a standard 2HP bagged dust collector, offering superior airflow, cleaner filtration, and a much more efficient separation system — all in a compact footprint. With dual 100 mm outlets or a single 125 mm outlet, this cyclone delivers strong, consistent extraction thanks to its well-engineered two stage design.

Choose between bagged or bagless collection. Use reusable plastic bags for quick disposal or remove the retention system and collect directly into the mobile drum to reduce waste. The cyclone separates heavy chips from fine dust before filtration, keeping airflow at maximum performance for longer and minimising filter clogging.

Unlike traditional collectors, the impeller never contacts debris, meaning airflow stays smooth and efficient. This results in more consistent suction across your dust network, even if the CFM rating seems lower on paper.

Intended Use:
Designed for collecting wood dust and chips only. Do not use for metal, silica, liquids, hazardous material, or any flammable/combustible dusts.

Improving Performance:
Hose diameter, hose length, and ducting choices all influence suction. Shorter runs, smooth ducting, and gradual step-downs in size will improve efficiency and prevent blockages.
