This professional cyclone collector delivers the performance of larger industrial systems while maintaining a compact, mobile design perfect for smaller workshops. Use it as a central extraction unit or wheel it between machines with ease. The included wireless remote control lets you start, stop, or run the collector on a timed setting from anywhere in your workspace.

You can choose between a bagged or bagless collection setup. Reusable plastic bags make disposal quick and clean, but if you want to reduce waste, simply remove the built-in bag retention system and collect directly into the mobile drum.

Cyclones operate differently from traditional bagged collectors. The impeller sits above a cone-shaped funnel and creates a high-volume airflow. As material enters, a high-pressure vortex forms, spinning dust and chips rapidly inside the cone. Heavier debris drops into the drum below (Stage 1), while finer dust continues through to a pleated cartridge filter (Stage 2). This two-stage method greatly reduces filter clogging, helping the system maintain strong airflow for longer.

Because debris never contacts the impeller, airflow stays clean and uninterrupted, meaning cyclones often outperform traditional units in real use even when CFM ratings appear lower. This model removes particles as fine as 1 micron with 99% efficiency.

Intended Use:
For wood dust and chips only. Not suitable for metal, concrete dust, silica, liquids, or hazardous materials.

Optimising Your System:
Airflow depends heavily on hose diameter, duct length, and transitions. Reducing flexible hose runs, stepping down hose sizes gradually, and using smooth rigid ducting will all improve performance and minimise blockages.
