Using a C Cell Battery provides 75% longer battery life than a regular movement with AA battery. Perfect for longer hands (5" to 6"), although you could mount shorter hands if you like. Specifications; Length of threaded section of the spindle is 7/16 inch or 11. 11 mm For use on a board up to 3/8 inch or 9. 5 mm thick Total length of spindle is 3/4 inch or 19 mm The shaft diameter is 7/16 inch (11. 11 mm) so use a 12 mm or 1/2 inch drill.
