i2R A24 CNC Router

The A24 is the largest machine in the i2R A Series. It gives you room for longer workpieces and bigger projects while keeping a compact footprint.

• Large 610 × 1220mm working area: Cut cabinet parts, signs, panels and furniture parts in one setup. Fewer repositions mean better accuracy and less wasted timber.
• 2.2kW (3HP) liquid-cooled ER20 spindle, 0–24,000 RPM: The spindle is the motor that drives your cutter. Liquid cooling keeps it running at a steady temperature during long jobs. The ER20 collet holds a wide range of router bits securely.
• Precision ball screws on all axes: Ball screws turn motor movement into smooth, exact travel with very little play. Your cuts land where your design says they should.
• Prismatic linear guide rails: These hardened rails guide each axis smoothly and resist flex. You get clean edges and consistent detail across the whole table.
