Each Richter chisel blade is forged from high-quality Cr-V steel, then cryogenically processed and tempered to a minimum hardness of 62 HRc. The blade is finely ground and polished, with ultra-thin sides for precise sidewall clearance, making it suitable for detailed and delicate work.

The handle is made from domestic hard ash, carefully sanded and hand-polished for a comfortable grip. A solid stainless steel ferrule adds strength, while a leather washer provides shock absorption when used with a mallet.
