The CMT650 Template Jig is designed for joining kitchen bench tops at 45 and 90 in sizes from 420mm to 650mm. Made from stable phenolic resin so is thick enough to be stable, and not lose depth of cut with the router bit. The template also has facility for routing panel bolt recesses so that hardware can be fitted in minutes, these recesses are for joining the two benchtops together. Can be used with either of two cutters listed below - CMT straight cutter 812-620-11 is suitable for tops up to 32mm thick, CMT replaceable tip cutter 652-621-11 is suitable for tops up to 50mm thick, with the replacement cutter being 790-500-01.Weight: 4.3Kg.Jig Includes:1 phenolic template.3 zinc-coated steel location bush.1 adjustable end stop.1 instruction manual.Jig Requires:1/2 router30mm guide bush12mm straight bitTwo clamps to hold the jig from moving.
