Get the TORMEK facing the correct way quickly without having to lift it, it works best from in front and from behind it. Some tools need to sharpened with the wheel spinning towards the user, and others with the wheel spinning away. With the new Tormek Rotating Base RB-180, rotating the machine 180° is quick and easy to get the best sharpening direction.
It also makes it simple to switch from sharpening to honing!
A priority during the design process has been to make the RB-180 as thin as possible in order not to affect the working height. The rubber feet ensures it remains steady during sharpening.
The RB-180 will fit the Tormek T-7 and T-3, the 2000 and 1200 Series plus the SA-250 and N-1500 models, and now the T-8.
