The i2R A23 CNC Router delivers the same professional-grade construction and precision motion control as the A-Series range, while providing a larger working area for increased project flexibility. Its rigid steel frame, precision ball screws and prismatic linear guides ensure stable, accurate machining across a wide range of routing and carving applications.

Powered by a 2.2 kW (3HP) liquid-cooled electro spindle with ER20 collet system, the A23 reaches speeds up to 24,000 RPM. The integrated cooling system allows reliable performance during longer machining sessions, while 150 mm of Z-axis travel allows for machining thicker materials and more complex setups.

The aluminium T-slot table with integrated MDF spoilboard provides a stable and perpendicular working surface, helping maintain cutting accuracy and repeatable results.

Machine control is handled through UCCNC PC-based software, giving users an intuitive interface and compatibility with common CAD/CAM programs. An auto tool touch-off plate is included to simplify tool height calibration.

The A23 is also pre-wired for an optional rotary machining kit, allowing future expansion for cylindrical machining projects.
