The i2R A22 CNC Router combines professional CNC capability with a compact footprint, making it ideal for workshops, makers and small businesses where space is limited but precision is essential. Built on a rigid steel frame with precision ball screws and prismatic linear guides, the A22 provides the stability and accuracy required for detailed routing, carving and machining applications.

At the centre of the system is a 2.2 kW (3HP) liquid-cooled electro spindle with ER20 collet system, capable of speeds up to 24,000 RPM. The integrated cooling system allows consistent performance during extended machining sessions, while the 150 mm Z-axis travel enables machining of thicker materials and more complex setups.

The machine features an interlocking aluminium T-slot table with integrated MDF spoilboard, providing a flat and perpendicular working surface relative to the spindle for reliable cutting accuracy and repeatable results.

Control is handled via UCCNC PC-based software, offering an intuitive interface and compatibility with popular CAD/CAM workflows. An included auto tool touch-off plate simplifies tool height calibration and improves workflow efficiency.

Each i2R A-Series machine is also pre-wired for an optional rotary kit, allowing future expansion into rotary machining.
