Precision CNC machined, the Carbatec 100 mm Dovetail Jaws are designed to fit perfectly on Carbatec Scroll Chucks. Expanding on the standard 50 mm set, these jaws provide a secure and versatile solution for medium to larger turning projects, with safe operation at speeds up to 680 RPM.

Key Features & Capacity

• Internal Clamping: 56–77 mm square stock, 78–99 mm round stock. Optimal foot diameter is 85 mm, with up to 12 mm depth for maximum jaw contact. Supports bowls up to 310 mm in diameter.
• Expanding Grip Hold: 97–118 mm; ideal recess diameter 97 mm with full 9 mm depth. In this configuration, bowls up to 360 mm diameter and 125 mm depth/thickness can be turned.
