The Carbatec Jointer is a heavy-duty machine designed to flatten one face and square one edge of timber, the essential first steps in accurate stock preparation. By running boards across the jointer first, you create a true reference face and edge before moving to a thicknesser to plane the opposite face parallel. Together, these machines ensure boards are square, consistent, and ready for precise machining.

Built for reliability and ease of use, the jointer is powered by a strong 750W (1HP) motor housed within a fully enclosed base. A centre-mounted, heavy-duty rack and pinion fence delivers accurate, repeatable adjustments, while the three-knife cutterhead provides smooth, consistent cuts across a wide range of timber types.

Designed for both serious DIYers and trade workshops, the integrated mobile base with built-in castors makes positioning the machine easy without compromising stability during use. A cast iron table and fence ensure rigidity, accuracy, and long-term performance.
